Job Brief

We own and manage a small portfolio of limited service hotels, an event center, and small residential apartments in Washington County.

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair, installation and preventative maintenance of the company's properties. An ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and miscellaneous general skills in the relative field. This position also requires an aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting and communication.

The ultimate goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and in proper working efficient order.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Prioritize work orders and schedule accordingly
• Monitor equipment inventory and order supplies as necessary
• Maintain organization and tools and supplies
• Record and/or document repairs on equipment
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep Maintenance Logs and reports
• Ensure health and safety policies are being followed

Requirements

• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipement
• Ability to keep track, prioritize and report work orders and progress
• Communication and itnerpersonal skills
• Organizational and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
